Q. I am 40 yrs old, and have had regular cleanings and checkups for the past year and my teeth look better than they ever have.I have one problem though,Although they look healthy one of my top front teeth feels like it moves very slightly (not constantly) I have looked in the mirror and pressed it with my tongue and can’t see movement it just kind ‘clicks”very slightly I am worried sick about losing a front top tooth do I have need to worry?
