My Temporary Veneers Are Way Too Bulky For My Liking. Will The Permanent Ones Be Like This?

Hello Dr Moore, I just got 6 temporary veneers on my front teeth, (they all had gaps) they look so fake and bulky. They look like a denture to me or a mouth piece you wear for sports. I can barely talk and forget about eating. I feel like a horse and look like one as well. They make me have a lot of saliva and my teeth look big and plastic. Will my permanent teeth look like this, my front teeth feel like I’m buck toothed and I can’t talk very well. Is this normal? I have already gone back to the dentist after one day and they said I won’t have this issue with the permanent veneers, they said it’s because I have one piece on my front teeth, I just don’t know what to believe and I’m stressed out already. What should I do?

Hello. They don’t sound great but the temporaries wouldn’t be anywhere as good as the permanent ones so wait to see what they look like before worrying. I hope this works out for you. Best of luck, Dr Andrew Moore.
