My teeth stick out, what can I do?

I always had my fronth teeth sticking out but now I see they are coming forward more and more creating a gap. Is it possible to straight them up at my age of 61? psychologically I suffer over this therefore can you help me with your expertise?

Firstly, it would be important to exclude gum disease as the underlying causes for tooth movement. Once resolved, orthodontic treatment can proceed depending on the health of the teeth and gums. In cases where this is considered clinically poor or if the patient wants a quicker approach, extraction of such teeth and replacement with implants or suitable bridgework can be possible. A full exam with X-rays is needed in such cases to make s final decision.
