Q. i want to ask i have had braces in the past but i dint wear my containers and now my teeth have become crooked again. whats the best advice.

Thanks for your question, as with all orthodontic treatments, if you do not wear your retainer, your teeth will naturally move to the position they were in prior to treatment. I would recommend you consult a dentist to discuss further orthodontic treatment to correct the positioning of your teeth and consider a fixed retainer on completion.
