My teeth looks crooked again as I didn’t wear retainers
Q. I want to ask i have had braces in the past but i dint wear my containers and now my teeth have become crooked again. whats the best advice.

Thanks for your question, as with all orthodontic treatments, if you do not wear your retainer, your teeth will naturally move to the position they were in prior to treatment. I would recommend you consult a dentist to discuss further orthodontic treatment to correct the positioning of your teeth and consider a fixed retainer on completion. I lost my retainer a couple of years ago and only one if my tooths have become crooked and my two front teeth have a tiny space in between, am I able to just get a retainer to straighten my teeth once again?
