i am 24 years old and am really embaressed by my teeth.i havent looked after them very well when growing up and would like to get something done about it now, i do have loads of fillings just now and my front 2 teeth are inplanted in what are my options and costs.

hello dr i would like your advice for the past couple of years iv lost my way in life after the loss of a family member and due to that my dental hygiene has been affected. One of my fillings fell out about to years ago and i have not had it seen to and now im in a bit of pain and also a hole in my front tooth and another 2 going brown. as i am terrifed and embarrassed im not sure what should do.
