My teeth don’t show when I smile. Is there a cosmetic procedure that can help?

Q. Dr. Moore, When I smile my teeth are not visible and it appears like I have a toothless mouth. I am a 30 year old male. Is there any cosmetic procedure possible to enhance my look? Thanks,
A. If the teeth are short the could be lengthened. If it is a lip problem then facial surgery is the only option
