MY TEETH AT THE FRONT ARE CROWNS AND THE SIDE ONE IS LOSE

Q. HI MY TEETH AT THE FRONT ARE CROWNS AND THE SIDE ONE IS LOSE. MY DENTIST WANTS TO PUT A PART DENTURE IN ( TAKING MY FRONT TOOTH AND SIDE TOOTH OUT FIRST) I AM CONCERNED THAT MY DENTURES WILL FALL OUT WHILE I SPEAK AND EAT E.T.C I KEEP GETTING ABCESSES I DONT KNOW WAT TO DO GET THEM OUT AND HAVE DONE WITH THEM OR TRY AND SAVE THEM AND TRY AND GET RID OF THE INFECTION PLEASE HELP ME

A. It depends on why the teeth are loose. Widespread gum disease can be managed by extractions , dentures and cleaning, “dead” teeth can be root treated and saved. Personaaly I would prefer treatments that are stable in the long term ( at least five years ) and would ask your dentist for an estimate of the likely result of the options.
If you would like me to give you this type of  opinion I would need to do do an initial clinical exam which is free of charge. You can then decide on the best treatment in your case. Follow our web link from the cosmetic guide info.
