my teeth are stumps broken losing enamel so i need a total extraction and im scared of dentist
Q. Hi there,i am 48 and have very poor teeth to say the least,only 16 in total mostly stumps/broken/losing enamel assuming i need a total extraction ? im finding it difficult to visit a dentist through fear/shame.do i need a dentist to clear infection/would hospital and general anaesthetic be the way forward ? assuming a total extraction is performed what options would there be afterwards.does a student/college need a “guinea pig” considering i am less than financially sound.
A. You could try a local teaching hospital and see if they need patients, either way you rally should see someone ASAP if there are infections etc.. I’m sure your dentist has seen worse or similar cases in the past and will be able to offer you a full range of options
