My teeth are protruded so i would like to know what are the pros and cons of veneers and crowns
Q. Hi Dr. I have just turned 18 and i have been for a consultation with a respectable cosmetic dentist. He says that i need
root canal treatment because my teeth protrude.I am worried as my teeth are healthy and dont want to risk killing them if its going to cause long term problems. I will be spending alot of money on this treatment and i would just like to know the pros and cons of having crowns and veneers on my healty teeth? if you could reply i would be extreamly grateful. Thanks
A. If they need a lot of trimming then
root canal is a possibility as the nerve of the tooth can die. Have you considered braces as this doesn’t require drilling the teeth down?
