My Teeth Are In Good Condition Except For My Right Lateral, What Treatment Is Best To Have It Repositioned?

Q.
Hello Dr Hughes, I have my teeth in good condition except my upper right lateral. It’s much too far back from it’s line. I just feel bad about it and I always hate it because it ruins my smile. I am so very nervous just because of this one tooth. I want to fix it or have it repositioned. Could you kindly tell me how many types of treatments which can I fix that without braces. How much time it will take? How much will it cost? Please do reply me I am much tensed 🙁
Thanks.
A.
If you will not consider ‘braces’ then the options will be some kind of bonding, veneer or crown. The tooth could also be removed and have an implant placed or maybe a bridge or denture but it is usually better to keep the tooth. Prices will vary depending on your treatment choice and the quality of the dentist and final treatment complexity.

Instead of braces you could maybe consider moving the tooth with Invisalign or the Inman aligner or similar orthodontic options – speak to a good cosmetic dentist in person following an examination.

Kind regards, Dr Mark Hughes.
