My teeth are discoloured and overlapping, what can I do?

Q.
Hi Dr Julian. My two front teeth, one is over lapping the other and the other has a chip on it. Also i am 18 and i still have a baby tooth at side of my big tooth which is very noticeable. They very discolored as well. I am very self conscious and hate smiling! I’m just wondering if you have any advice. Thank-you

It sounds as though you have 3 main issues. The position of your teeth and the health of your remaining baby tooth would need to be assessed before a definitive treatment plan could be given to you

Hi I have a crown on my front tooth as the original died at the root. Unfortunately it is really discoloured and you can see the black remains of the other tooth through it. I’ve had it for years and its never been quite the right colour but now its awful! What would the options be, I’ve already tried bleaching once before but it didn’t last.
