My teeth are crowded and different heights would contouring work

Q. My bottom 4 front teeth are slightly over crowded, which makes them slightly different heights, i was wondering if cosmetic contouring could file down the tops of them to make them look straight? would this work and how much would it cost to do?

A. The reason for your lower teeth having various heights is usually due to poor contacts on the teeth above. You could have cosmetic recon touring but the situation will just return in the future. My best advice ids to have Invisalign or an Inman Aligner brace to move the teeth into a stable position. Recontouring or addition of white filings on the tips of your teeth would then be a good option. It is not possible for me to give you estimates - please visit my practice for a free consultation . I would then be able to give you a ball park figure of costs prior to embarking on any treatment .
