My teeth are completely rotten is my only option is to remove it all and replace with dentures

Q. Im 24 and my teeth are completly rotten. I had my front teeth removed when I was 11 and didn’t have a denture fitted untill I was 14 so by that time there was only room for one tooth at the front. I have no confidence because of my teeth I only have 19 and even though I brush them often they are all bad. Is my only option to have them all removed and denture plates fitted what would the dissadvantages of this be? I have heard about implants by couldn’t afford them and I dont want to go for any length of time with no teeth. thanks

A. It sounds like removal of the remaining teeth might be an option. at my clinic we can remove the teeth and fit a set of dentures at the same time so you won’t walk around without teeth. You could then consider implants at a later date. Let me know if I can be of any further help by e-mail on enquiry@advancedentalclinic.com. I maybe able to arrange a free consultation to assess your needs. Regards  Andrew
