Q. Hello Dr Moore, My son is 6 and has started to loose his milk teeth. He has 2 new teeth at the bottom, all fine, but his top front tooth is wobbly and looks a little black at the top of it. We have an appointment with the dentist, but we are a little concerned that it may need to be removed. Hope you can help.,
