My Old Bridge Has To Come Out Leaving A Gap. Can You Give Me An Idea Of How Much Implants Cost?

Q.
Hello Dr Moore. On my last visit to the dentist they said I would have to have my old bridge removed as there is a gap now between the tooth and the gum. It doesn’t bother me at all but they said it will have to come out. That will mean I’ll have a gap on either side of my mouth where the two at the back teeth used to be. They said a plate would be an option but I would prefer to have permanent teeth implanted. Could you give me an idea how much they cost? And if there are any other options available to me? Thank you.
A.
Hello and thank you for writing in to me. It’s difficult to say without seeing you in person as to whether there are any other options available. If implants are an option you could expect to pay around £4000. Try to get a consultation with an experienced dentist in your area, and have them run through all the options. If you’d like further information on the various treatments that may be suitable you can find it through this website. Kind regards, Dr Andrew Moore.
