My new has not grown much is it possible to have an implant to replace the lost tooth

Q. HI i’m 50 years old and last november had to to have a front tooth removed to make way for a new tooth coming through, unfortunately 8 months on the new tooth has not grown much. My dentist did provide me with a palet to wear, but find it uncomfortable. I would like to know if it would be possible to have an implant to replace the lost tooth, but as there is already a small part of the new tooth visible but not fully grown, would it make it a more difficult job to do.

A. Yes if there is a tooth there already you will need to consider this tooth first before an implant. You should seek advice from an expericened dental surgeon before a plan is made
