My new crown from NHS for my front tooth doesnt match the colour with rest can u advice

Q. Hello,I would be grateful for a bit of advice on a recent nhs crown I have had fitted. My front tooth completely broke off to the gum and I have had a crown fitted. The concerns i have are 1, I am worried about the stability of the tooth as the front teeth do a lot of work, I say its a crown but there was no visable tooth to attatch it to outside the gum and 2 she said it is a porcalain crown but it looks very opaque and is slightly more yellow than my own tooth. She didnt consult with me about the colour and did not show me the finished job so I payed and left.Because it is an nhs job I dont know where I stand. I payed a £170 for the treatment which is a lot of money for me.Incidently the original tooth had an nhs crown which lasted 23 years and was a much better match. I would be grateful for any advise, many thanks

A. Go back an voice your concerns regarding the colour. It could be remade if you are unhappy with the final colour.
