My new bridge doesnt match my other teeth again. What is your advice?

Q.
Hi. I had an old NHS 3unit bridge that was done very poorly and didn’t match in proportion with my other teeth. I recently had this unit replaced by a private cosmetic dentist and she promised that she would have the teeth match and be in proportion. I went to have to bridge fitted and the bridge looks like the one before, however as I was completely numb I couldn’t talk, and she was running late and rushing, she fitted it and I promptly left. I rang the next day to see if something could be done and I think she may ‘shave’ one of the teeth down. Do you know were I may stand in getting the bridge redone as i’m not happy with it and I feel she hasn’t kept her promise? I paid £2000 and could never afford this again I saved for a very long time just to have it fitted again. Thankyou.

Hi , It may be worth calling the practice to arrange a chat before proceeding. You will need to be clear what was promised and what you dont like about the the new bridge and what is possible with the original tooth postion and bite.

Hope this helps,
Dr Tennet.

My husband is currently wearing a bridge for 3 teeth which have been removed and is causing extreme discomfort. Can you tell me how much approximately it would be for 3 dental implants?
