My lower teeth are very gappy can I have train tracks braces

I have perfectly healthy teeth, but only 24 of them so are consequently very gappy teeth - in parts my lower teeth are in front of my upper. I really dont want veneers- as I dont want to destroy my teeth, and even so have been told the gaps are too wide. i have been told train tracks are the only option. At 38, I really want to avoid this. would invisalign be strong enough to move my teeth- is there an alternative . Do I need to live near the dentist? I am really stuck!

By the sounds of things fixed braces would be the best treatment for your teeth. I’m not sure if invisalign would work. If you have fixed braces you will have to have a number of appointments so you will need to live within commutable distance.
I’m sorry I could not give you any better news
Kind Regards
