my lower jaw is smaller than my top and i have top

Q. my lower jaw is smaller than my top and i have top bucked teeth i have been told the only option i have to to have an operation to break my bottom jaw to correct my bite and to realing my teeth is their any other options availible ?

A. it is difficult to advise you without seing you. sometimes to get an ideal orthodontic result surgery is the only option.  However sometimes the teeth can be moved into a better position without surgery providing you realise the limitations of the treatments.
