Q. I have misaligned in right side upper teeth,one behind the others and a little space in my left side,and based in my past teeth X-ray I have hidden permanent teeth that suppose will grow up and fill in to a gap but till now it doesn’t appears that’s why it gives space in my teeth and I’m now 20 years old. Do you think theirs still a chance to correct it? and what would be the possible solution for this problem? how long it takes just to make it straight?

A. I am sure you can get this corrected my advise would be to find a good cosmetic dentist or orthodontist and have a consultation so you can find out which options are available.
