Q. I had a front fang removed and replaced because I chipped it about 8 years ago (I was given terrible advice) and now my gums have shrunk and you can see the metal inside my implant – what can I ask my dentist to do to make an improve (I can not afford a full porcelain implant) PLEASE HELP I HAVE STOPPED SMILING!
A. You can ask your dentist to make you a new metal crown but ask that the margin of the crown the bit near the gum is placed under the gum, this will hide the metal.
