I read this article that the best wheinnitg toothpaste is arm and hammer advanced whiting and the best wheinnitg stripes were the rembrant ones and the best wheinnitg trays were aquafresh white trays hope this helped and i had braces and they werent that bad most people don’t look dorky with them anyway!
I am having to get surgery to pull my eye teeth and then braces put on with wires pulling my permanent eye teeth down. I know this isn’t much information, but what would you recommend as my best option as far as going about this. The above plan was what an ortho told me… I’m 18 and really want to avoid having this be too big of a production.
The orthodontist has given you good information. This treatment option is appropriate for your situation. The treatment will include braces and surgery to move the teeth into position. This will take time but it is the right treatment. It shouldn’t be a big production.
