Q. Dear doc i had a upper tooth removed now my front tooth have shifted i have a gap and one tooth is longer than the other i think it is kinda loose but i hope not can it fall out also what can i do that is cheap to fix the problem this is making me so sad
A. It is a little bit tricky for me to give you advice without seeing you but the fact the teeth are moving and feel loose suggest that you are suffering from periodontal disease. This is a bacterial infection which causes the bone that supports the teeth to disolve causeing the teteh to shift , loosen and eventually fall out. You need to visit you dentist have xrays and measure the bone loss. Cheapest options are always removing the loose teeth and having a denture made.
