my front teeth are falling apart

Q. how are you? i have extremely bad teeth with my front ones falling apart i no longer have the confidence to be my smiley self.I have taken a look at all the pictures i possibly could but none of them looked even close to as bad as mine are. are you still able to fix rotted fallen apart teeth? it would greatly change my life and give the dentists some work to do and some great stories to tell of the miracle fixer upper mouth..lol.. please help me thank you sincerely

A. We are cerainly able to save many teeth that at first glance may seem unsaveable.  The main criteria is good bone support and decay that has not reached the underlying bone.  If these criteria are met there is often a fairly straight foreward solution.
