My fixed bridge has changed my facial appearance, what can I do?
Q.
I have a fixed bridge of 12 units. It was placed almost a year ago with a temporary cement by a dental technician. now I noticed that my facial appearance changed. it looks like I don’t have my front teeth, they seem to be sinking. My upper lip looks flat and my chin seems to protrude. I really feel bad looking at the mirror. How to correct this? Please help me Doctor. Many thanks to you.

Dear Enquirer,
You should see a cosmetic dentist who wll be able to look at your teeth and your facial features and give you some options on how to improve the current situation.
