Q. Hello I had a tooth filled about 9 weeks ago. For the first couple of weeks it was sensitive and tender. After that it has become sensitive to hot and cold. Most recently I have had painful headaches and pulsing from that tooth. I am seeing my dentist today. Do you think I need a root canal?
