i was interested in getting some gold teeth and see a price of approx £650, is it cheaper if you provide the gold yourself and also i take it thats it is possible to use both white and rose gold? Do the larger front upper teeth cost more than the lower , smaller ones? One last question, does your surgury do them and do you get a deal if you get several done, like 14 or so?thank you
