Q. I have a crown that has totally come away from the gum including the post. i was told I had an abcess but that has proved to be incorrect. I was also told I have piro disease, I am unsure as to whether or not this is true. My dentist is suggesting a denture but I believe my teeth are healthy enough to sustain bridging work. What should I do?
A. Hi many thanks for your email, if you are unsure what is being said is true, then my advice would be to have a consultation with another dentist to gain a second opinion. hope this is helpful.
