My dentist has given me a price of just under 6000 GBP for a smile makeover is it reasonable
Q. Hello Rob, I have been saving for ages to get a smile makeover. My local Smilestudio denist has given me a price of just under £6000. This involves one upper bridge, two crowns, two lower bridges, root canal, filling, whitening, and maybe some veneers. Does this seem reasonable to you? Thanks
A. It is within guide price.
assume a Bridge involves three teeth (fixed both ends replaces one tooth in the middle)
assume Bridge is made from crowns
3 bridges x 3 units = 9 +2 crowns = 11 crown units
Guide price per crown £350-600 depending on type ( bonded or all ceramic/ zirconia )
whitening £300-600
Root canal £200
etc etc
