Q. Dr Moore, I am having major dental bridge construction to both left and right front teeth. 6 teeth to right and 5 to left sides. My dentist dropped some glue called Pamp Bond into my mouth and a 1 inch piece got lodged into back of my mouth. The glue is also foul tasting. Is this glue a proper glue for use to secure the temporary bridge. I am concerned for my health.
A. There is no cause for alarm, the cement is actually call Temp Bond and is used routinely in dentistry for temporary restorations and is very safe to use.
