Q. Please help i have two daughters of 14 and 12 they both have very overcrowded teeth and bottom teeth overlapping the top. I was told that they need surgery to correct this but they have wait until their jaw is fully grown. I think the problem is also causing my younger daughter to start lisping when she talk.I am getting very concern about this. Please advice what the best option to correct their problem.

A. Hi

My recommendation would be to visit another specialist orthodontist for a second opinion. Of course speak about your concerns and the various treatment options available.
