My daughter is 15 and she still has her front milk tooth please advice?

Q. Hi My daughter has a front milk tooth that has not fallen yet. She is 15 years old. This has made one of her permant front middle teeth to get pushed on top of the other front middle tooth. My questions are 1. would it be best to get the milk tooth extracted 2. Put braces to correct the position of the teeth in the entire upper jaw, and would this push the front teeth into correct position. 3. Is she too old now for us to rectify this. Cheers

A. Hello
You need to get an x-ray to see whats happening to the tooth underneath the baby tooth doesn’t cause the other teeth to crowd over so there is probably another tooth trying to come through. Try to see an orthodontist ASAP for a full assessment.
