My daughter is 10 yrs old and has teeth missing

Q. Hi, hope you can help…. My daughter is 10 yrs old and has teeth missing from her adult set, x rays show they are just not there. The missing teeth are two incisors and one canine on the top row. What are the best options available to give her a complete smile, both short and long term?

A. the best option would be for an orthodontist to straighten the teeth but leave the gaps for the missing teeth and then for your daughter to wear a denture till the age of around 18. then place dental implants into the gap areas are to restore these with crowns. hope this is helpful.
