My crown are very loose they come out when I sneeze is there a permanent solution

Q. I am 19 an my tooth was cut inhalf when i was a boy, i had a black tooth for the rest of my childhood an through my teens, at 16 i went 2 the dentish to get a crown but he could not do anything as there was an abcess. so he removed the tooth as a result i have had plates for that point. the problem is they cum out if i sneeze if ill an vomit so i have lost a fair few down the toilet etc. this year i have lost three due to these problems an that is nearly a month with out a front tooth. it is very frustrating an annoying ocurrance. so my question is is there a more perminant solution for my problem in the nhs?

A. You might be able to get a bridge on the NHS if the teeth either side are suitable. You should ask your dentist for a quote when you see him/her next
