My bridge is worn out, so what do I do now?

Q.
I have 2 bridges 3 front upper tooth bridge,I have had the bridge replaced 4 times. The other bridge is on the upper left side.it has been there for years. There is one capped tooth between bridges it may or may not be wearing down.About 2years ago i had surgery where I had 2roots removed and some bone implanted in top front palate where the front teeth were.My cuurent bridge in the front is the one im worried about seems to be wearing out a little. Can you give me some suggestions about my next move?My current dentist isnot sure what I should do next, and he doesnt do implants, hope you can give me some advice on what to do next, thanks
A.
Its impossible for me to tell what would be the best thing to do without seeing you for a consultation first, however if the roots are still sound and its just the bridge wearing out perhaps a new bridge would be best. However if the roots aren’t strong enough then think about removing the roots and using dental implants, hoped this helped.
