my bone is too soft for dental implants

Q. have just had an implant done to be told it has not taken because my bone is too soft. Although he will leave it for two weeks with temp tooth for my son’s wedding he has suggested that I have a maryland bridge. I am so upset and stressed, will it hurt taking it out and will the bridge work ok. Is there anything wrong with me if my bones are too soft. As you can see I am very worried. Plus the cost as well

A. If the implant has failed if will be removed bvery easily.  I treat a lot of people who have had failed implants and there are ways to overcome this.  Bone can be regrown first and the an implant can be placed.
I hope this helps
