Q. My daughter is 5 1/2 years old and has her molars coming in. The one on the right side is coming up fine. The one on the left side I noticed has a very small about of green pus on the top of the gum. Is it serious enough to call the dentist or will it go away when the tooth comes out.
A. Wait for a while until the tooth comes through properly, it is probably just fluid under the gum. If you’re worried get your dentist to check it just in case.
