My 3 year old son is losing tooth enamel, why?
Q.
My 3 year old son has not been to the dentist yet, however his 2 front teeth are loosing the enamel. He no longer drinks a bottle or sucks a pacifier. I have put a call into a dentist near me but I am curious as to why this is happening and if its serious. He does not complain of any pain.

It can be for many reasons, some due to developmental anomalies, or it could be tooth decay, so i think you should take him to the dentist as soon as possible
