lumineers for a front tooth gap?

Q. I am considering lumineers, as i dread having treatment, i have a front gap, and side bridges, would lumineers be suitable for me, as they are easily fitted without too much treatment, and would my own dentist not like me going to another dentist for this.

A. Don’t be under the misconception that lumineers can be done easily. You still have to go to the dentist, it can still take a longtime to do and they don’t always look good at the end.
Lumineers are not a quick fix to your problems. You need to go to a dentist that carries out cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Don’t go to a dentist simply because lumineers are advertised. By definition lumineers are placed dirsectly over the teeth without prepartion. This means that if there are any fillings, decay, bite problems these issues may not be taken care of and the veneers will fail.
The bridges would have to be replaced with new bridges and you could have 2 veneers on the front teeth.
It is your decision to go to which ever dentist you want. If your dentist can’t offer you this type of treatment then you need to find one that does
