I’ve not been to the dentist in over 20 years – my teeth are loose, what should I do?

My teeth are yellow, and one is grey. I do not know why or what is happening. I am 41 and cannot afford any dental treatment. I have not had a check up in around 22yearsand some have started to become loose and fall out. Please help me!
