Q. Hi there, I’ve always had crooked top teeth (top front two are slightly further forward the the ones next to them and the canines are quite high and prominent) and one of my lower front teeth is set back – I’m desperate to get something done. My dentist recommended invisalign but I just can’t get my hands on the cash!! Can you recommend a treatment that is more affordable (but not visible) or where I could pay in installments? My teeth are really affecting my life – my smile is awful and I’m really conscious of it. Many thanks.
