Q. Hi Dr Solanki, I was just in need of some smile advice! I am currently 24 and male and would like the perfect smile like everyone else! I don’t have bad teeth, infact i think they are quite good. However one of my front teeth and the one next to it were broken as a child and they have been built up using white composite and so look discoloured (Dead) they are greyish and it seems to get worse. I would love to have my teeth whitened and something done for these to match what would you suggest? i also would like my back doubles evening out on one side as they uneven my smile? I can sen d you a picture maybe if that helps? Thanks for you time, Much Appreciated
A. Hi, the first thing would be to book a consultation so i can assess your teeth. however from the information you have provided, i think the plan of action would be:
1: tooth whitening
2:veneers or crowns(all porcelain) on the two front teeth.
3:assessment of the uneven smile on the back teeth to see how best to correct this.
hope this is helpful. And yes a picture would be helpful.

Thanks for your reply it is much appreciated. I would like to send you some photographs and think i would like to go ahead and have this work done now as it is bugging me! The two broken teeth aren’t broken all the way up but have totally snapped so i guess that would be one for the consulatiton? Please would you send me an email address so I cn orward you some pictures? I would appretiate a guide on prices for the different treatments?
