Q. Hi, i have very bad teeth which includes a few missing(8 or 9)inc the two either side of my top two front teeth, is it possible to have bridges permanantly fitted to pins , also i would be interested in knowing the advantages and dissadvantages of having all my teeth removed. i know this sounds drastic but it has been many years since i smiled while showing my teeth
A. The best options are likely to be bridges , dentures supported by implants or your own teeth / gum. The only way to know which is best in your situation is to start with a clinical assesment with a dentist. StJohns Dental Practice offer a free initial assesment to decide the best route to investigate call 0121 643 0610.rob
