Hello, I am a 15 year student currently doing my GCSEs. My aim is to become a dentist and I have had this aim since the past five years. I am really interested in dentistry and I have my college interview on Tuesday. I am thinking to take Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Psychology for A-Levels, would you have any advise for my interview and A-level subjects. Many Thanks!

hey. you don’t have to do maths in order to become a dentists but you must do 3 sciences. Since maths is considered a science, a lot of people do it instead of physics. More over, if you choose to do maths, bio, chem, then for bio you can do 1 year, instead of 2. Also Logan; i would recommend you to swap psychology for something else as dentistry is really competitive and the subjects you’ve chosen are rather common. Therefore, if you want to stand out of the applicants of any uni that does dentistry then, Physics is highly recommend it due to it being quite hard. If you want you can swap it for biology. Your choice.
