Is Traditional Bridge better than Maryland Bridges

Q. I have Maryland Bridges between my front teeth and Canines on either side! They get loose almost every month! Is the Traditional Bridge a better way to go?

A. Maryland bridges seem like a good idea but may fail frequently due to bite issues.  A convential bridge would be more stable but requires the shaping of adjacent teeth to accept crowns to hold the bridge in place.  A better option may be dental implants , which do not damage the adjacent teeth
