Is this quote for braces reasonable?

Just wanting some advice, have been for a consultation as teeth have become more crooked over last few years. (mainly upper arch) Have been quoted £3600 (excluding retrainers) for clarity braces for the upper and lower arch. Just wanting to know if this is reasonable?
Woul appreciate a response/some advice.

It all depends on the severity of the original condition.
It’s not a bad price but I would ask for retainers in that price.
The retainers will be the only thing stopping treatment relapse so make sure you wear them

I ve been quoted £3,640 braces this includes models photographs, appliances adjustments ,quarterly £600 x3 and retainers I aLso already paid £100 pounds consultation fee ,is this exspensive ,
I have a class 2 division 1 malocclusion on moderatel skeletal base caused by mandibular retrognathia ,over jet 9mm overbite is increased is complete to the teeth ,the upper centre line has shifted 2mm to the left .
