Q. i have soreness in my mouth especially at the tip of my tongue, and i have pain in the roots of my teeth ,sometimes it feels like its all up my face. and i have a sticky white salava coming off my teeth or tongue, been to dentist and they keep saying there is nothing wrong but yet i have all this pain , have you any idea what it could be.

A. I would recommend tha tyou ask your dentist to refer you to an oral surgeon as their may be other causes rather than obvious dental problems.
