Q. I Had braces when i was 14 for 2 years, however i am very unhappy with my teeth. i have quite a small mouth therefore a small smile. i revisted my orthodontist explaining i was not very happy and she said i would never be able to have the smile i want because my mouth was to small. My friend however was at the same orthodontic practice with a differant dr. it was the last year they were doing some kind of surgery for free , which she was given. she now has perfect teeth, the size of both her teeth and mouth are very similar to mine. Is there anything you can suggest, and also do you have any idea of the surgery she owuld have had? thanks
