Is there any treatment for a continuing infection from my root canal?
Q. Hi I had a root canal done on my front lower tooth. It has been 2 years ago. After that I had infection in it & had to have 2x apisectomy done. It is still with minor infection in it. Should I pull it out?,
A. It does sound like a hopeless case, it might also be best to remove it before you loose all the bone that may be needed for an implant
